About Us

Regenesis Squared is a charity that runs Shakespeare House Community Centre. The charity was established in 2007 by three individuals with decades of experience in community work. We are a unique local response to local needs.

We believe in a world where justice exists for everyone irrespective of wealth, status or education. We want to help create a world where diverse communities are enriched and empowered through faith and social equity. We aim to build a more cohesive society by nurturing the capacity of local people and organisations. We encourage people to find sustainable ways of regenerating their communities using methodologies such as ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) to enhance and empower from the inside. Shakespeare House is home to both mainstream Christian and Islamic activities. We actively encourage interfaith and inter-community activities - we believe that interfaith is community cohesion in action.
